Many thanks for the PC suggestions. I'm probably going to give most of them a shot :)

So next question, anyone know any good sunburn remedies?

I was antiquing the last two days. Thursday was supposed to be warm and cloudy, and it bucketed down instead. (I bought an old men's leather jacket to avoid hypothermia :p ) So of course, I dressed for chill and rain today. And BOOM whipped by the heat and an ass kicking case of sunburn on my arms. (Yes, I'm a wimp, I normally avoid sun.)

So, ideas?

Supposedly it can damage the next layer of skin down... But it's sort of like picking at a scab, I mean, who actually manages to not play with their wounds?

Sorry to hear that - also they cannot stand frost, so I've started to keep mine in pots now...

pfft. I think my skin is damaged enough that it wouldn't matter. I'll just cover it with ink anyway. LOL

:giggle: But you don't want wrinkles in your ink, now do you? :p

btw- what format did you put those files in? I can only read your story from my parent's pc, my laptop can't open them!

oh. stupid word processor. Well, don't bother anyway. That story died.
I do have a new one, but I'm not sure I could stand the suspense if I sent it to you.

Well send it in a format I can read on my pc would really improve response time. "Gosh, Mom, can I borrow your computer to read Meg's story while you talk to me and try to read it over my shoulder the whole time?"

Sad thing is, not joking.
