Folk Remedies (Weather forcast vs voodoo?)

Many thanks for the PC suggestions. I'm probably going to give most of them a shot :)

So next question, anyone know any good sunburn remedies?

I was antiquing the last two days. Thursday was supposed to be warm and cloudy, and it bucketed down instead. (I bought an old men's leather jacket to avoid hypothermia :p ) So of course, I dressed for chill and rain today. And BOOM whipped by the heat and an ass kicking case of sunburn on my arms. (Yes, I'm a wimp, I normally avoid sun.)

So, ideas?

I think I got another virus on my laptop. Uhm, any votes for the best virus protection? Obviously my firewall and current aren't enough.

Between car and laptop issues this has been a bloody expensive year already.

Craft show went down like a lead balloon. Posted the new bags and my two favorite wraps on my etsy shop ( [link] ) in case anybody who picked up my card at the show decides to visit.

Spent the past week working on paperpiecing. I forget what a pain it is till I start again. I've averaged one square a day when working on them all day. *grrr* But they look nifty... I need to be institutionalized, but they look nifty...

Still looking for ideas on the care and feeding of ethiopian opal if anyone has head anything...

Got my lapop back, still having some issues, but I'm hoping they'll remain minor.

Closest I've got to ther news is that I'm doing an Earthday Celebration craftshow with :icondivinebird: at [link] So if by any chance you're a New Englander, stop by :)

BTW- anyone know anything about ethiopian opal or how to stabilize it?

Still haven't heard from the computer people. And they're several days overdue. I got DTs so had to hijack a pc and swing by dA. So sorry, minimal comments for now.
